I had a great experience with this place the room was in decent shape covers were clean and price was decent
Rooms were very clean check in was very easy and the lady was very friendly to us and very helpful. The bathroom needs a little work it didn't seem as clean as could be but we were happy with it and being pet friendly was a big plus for us. Only bad thing we found is water in shower is brown not good at all. Breakfast was really good
You can tell they are remodeling. They need to make sure their cleaners are actually doing their job. The carpet in the halls could use a good vacuum and shampoo. Same goes for the stair wells. Pool and hot tub have way too much chemicals in it to enjoy.
The staff is so friendly and treated our family with love and respect. Very reasonable prices, very clean and organized and the housekeeping is amazing. Free breakfast is included as well.
Second time visiting Vidalia and staying at this location. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were wonderful especially having to extend my stay twice. Breakfast was plentiful and surprised to have eggs in this time of crazy egg prices. We will definitely use Clarion Pointe on return visits.
Staff is great, rooms are clean breakfast is hot what more can you expect? I always stop and stay here before surgery in Reidsville, and will always stay here
Stayed for three weeks due to temporary loss of home following Hurricane Helene. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The room more than accommodated us. The bathroom and bed linen were clean and tidy. That said there was a persistent smell in the room, but we got used to it. If I had to guess likely the air dragged via window AC from outside in a room facing the garbage bin in the back lot was probably to blame. We bought an air freshener and made do. The majority of our stay was quiet and peaceful. There was in house laundry that proved very useful. The occasional barking dog or crying kid could be heard if the TV wasn’t on. Overall a pleasant stay and experience.
A definite stop for me oft times while passing through South Georgia. A very nice ambience as soon as you enter. History of the sweet Vidalia onion all around the quaint lobby area. Love the natural decor with corn fields, sweet onions, and the cleanliness. Nice wood floors, huge rooms (king suite), comfy bed, and nice huge television with great wifi service. Always a nice, clean, refreshing stop for rest. Many grocers, convenience stores, and awesome dining choices in this area. Five stars are definitely born here.
